Darius Cooper's second TD catch gives Eagles 20-10 halftime lead over Rams

Matthew Stafford threw his sixth interception of the young season just before halftime, allowing Cooper DeJean to return the ball to the Los Angeles 35-yard line. Following a defensive pass interference penalty against Trent McDuffie, Jalen Hurts found Darius Cooper for a touchdown pass that extended the Philadelphia lead to ten points.

That score marked Cooper's second touchdown grab of the afternoon and sent the teams into the locker room with the score at 20-10. Earlier in the half, Puka Nacua returned from a multi-week absence to score the lone Los Angeles touchdown on a two-yard jet sweep.

The Philadelphia attack suffered another significant setback when Saquon Barkley exited the contest due to a hamstring issue and received a designation barring his return. The team was already playing without several key contributors, including Lane Johnson, Dallas Goedert, and DeVonta Smith.

Stafford accumulated 120 passing yards on twelve completions before the break, while Hurts recorded 83 yards through the air. The Rams are scheduled to receive the football when play resumes for the second half.
