Complementary Raiders’ football highlights 1st win of Klint Kubiak era

The Las Vegas Raiders kicked off the Klint Kubiak era on a high note by defeating the Miami Dolphins 27-13 in Week 1. In his franchise debut, quarterback Kirk Cousins threw three touchdowns, including the milestone 300th passing score of his career, while overcoming two interceptions that Kubiak ultimately brushed aside.

Second-year running back Ashton Jeanty played a pivotal role in powering the offense, racking up 103 yards on the ground and catching Cousins' milestone scoring pass behind an offensive front that asserted its dominance throughout the contest.

Despite the comfortable two-touchdown margin, Kubiak pointed out room for growth after the Raiders were held scoreless across the entire fourth quarter. Still, the well-rounded triumph offered plenty of optimism for the rebuilding squad as they set the tone for their new head coach's tenure.
