Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels made the trip across the Atlantic with his team and aims to participate in a limited capacity during a Wednesday walkthrough. Head coach Dan Quinn noted that an appearance against Indianapolis remains possible this coming Sunday, though caution will dictate his status.
Daniels has been sidelined since sustaining an elbow issue during Week 2, which forced him to miss a narrow victory over Seattle guided by backup Marcus Mariota. General manager Adam Peters previously ruled out surgery, and medical evaluations have pointed toward a recovery window lasting three weeks or less.
Meanwhile, linebacker Leo Chenal successfully underwent a procedure on Monday to address a neck injury sustained in the previous contest and will miss the remainder of the campaign.
