Colin Kaepernick says NFL owners are colluding against Macklemore after Ed Sheeran tour ban

Colin Kaepernick has alleged that National Football League franchise owners are actively cooperating to penalize the musical artist Macklemore. The rapper was recently dropped from an arena tour alongside Ed Sheeran following public statements regarding Palestine delivered during a live performance.

Kaepernick, who found himself pushed out of professional football after staging on-field demonstrations against police brutality, noted direct similarities between his circumstances and the musician's current situation.

While speaking as a guest on the MeidasTouch podcast, Kaepernick directly highlighted New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft among those orchestrating the exclusion. He argued that preventing Macklemore from sharing the stage with Sheeran sends a clear message that team executives are entirely prepared to engage in collusion.
