Charvarius Ward embraces Guardian Cap in hopes of avoiding another concussion

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Charvarius Ward has expressed serious concern regarding his long-term health following the conclusion of the 2025 campaign. The defensive back revealed that suffering an additional brain injury would likely prompt him to walk away from professional football for good.

To safeguard his career, Ward is adopting the protective Guardian Cap during play to lower the risk of experiencing a future head trauma.
