Chargers sticking with Mike McDaniel as play-caller after 0-6 start, Week 7 bye

The Los Angeles Chargers have confirmed that Mike McDaniel will retain his play-calling responsibilities following the team's winless 0-6 start to the season. Despite the poor offensive performance and speculation regarding his future, the organization has opted against bringing in an outside replacement for the offensive coordinator during the bye week.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh continues to back his coordinator as the team prepares for their upcoming matchup against the Rams. The squad hopes the potential return of key players like Joe Alt and Ladd McConkey will help spark a turnaround.
