
Mark Walter, an investor in the Cadillac Formula 1 venture, has been named in a newly lodged class-action lawsuit. In addition to the legal action, an active probe is examining allegations of fraudulent conduct involving insurance entities tied to him.
The litigation was formally submitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Court filings claim that Walter operated through corporate entities including TWG Global and Delaware Life.
