The Buffalo Bills’ Week 5 roster adjustments ahead of their matchup against the Los Angeles Rams have been finalized, with several key players sitting due to injuries. Veteran wideout Joshua Palmer is out with a shoulder issue, while fellow receiver DJ Moore will miss action after aggravating his own shoulder injury in last week’s loss to the New England Patriots.
On defense, defensive end Landon Jackson—who narrowly avoided a season-ending ACL tear last week—will sit after hyperextending his knee, while cornerback Dee Alford is sidelined with an ankle problem. The Bills also left off rookie offensive linemen Jude Bowry and Ar’Maj Reed-Adams, both healthy scratches, and defensive lineman Ed Oliver, who has already missed two games this season with knee and hip concerns.
The team has made practice-squad call-ups to fill gaps, including rookie Skyler Bell at wideout and Phidarian Mathis at defensive end.
