Browns, Jets Week 5 injury report: 10 sit out practice, including key players

October 7, 2026

The Cleveland Browns and New York Jets enter Week 5 with significant injury concerns ahead of their matchup. On the Browns’ side, defensive tackle Mason Graham is expected to miss at least two weeks, while quarterback Dillon Gabriel and defensive tackle Kalia Davis are progressing toward a return from injured reserve.

Cleveland’s practice roster is further thinned by Derek Barnett (ankle), Grant Delpit (shoulder), Mike Hall Jr. (ankle), and Tylan Wallace (knee), all of whom are currently out, along with offensive linemen Elgton Jenkins (concussion) and Teven Jenkins (back).

The Jets are also dealing with a wave of absences, including cornerback Jarvis Brownlee Jr. (concussion), running back Breece Hall (quad), and linebacker Francisco Mauigoa (quad), all of whom are set to miss the game.

Limited participation from defensive tackle Kingsley Enagbare (knee) adds to New York’s defensive challenges, though wide receiver Tim Patrick (groin) and tight end Mason Tayler (thumb) are expected to return fully.
