The Cincinnati Bengals' practice on Wednesday was impacted by a wave of injuries, with six players absent entirely and several others limited. The team’s offensive firepower took a hit as star wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins sat out due to concussion and groin/neck issues, respectively, both sustained in Sunday’s loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Chase logged just 15 snaps, while Higgins played 60, leaving the Bengals with only three healthy wide receivers on the roster for that game. Beyond the receiving corps, defensive tackle Jonathan Allen (rest/knee), linebacker Swayze Bozeman (groin), and safeties Bryan Cook (ankle) and Kyle Dugger (quad) also missed the session.
Meanwhile, a mix of defensive and offensive players—including safety Jordan Battle, linebacker Barrett Carter, defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence II, offensive guard Dalton Risner, and wide receiver Colbie Young—were restricted due to various injuries. Only defensive tackle B.J.
Hill, who played through an Achilles issue, remained fully active.
