Boston College Has One Weapon That Could Give SMU Real Problems

When Boston College travels to Ford Stadium this Saturday, the visiting defense aims to disrupt Kevin Jennings by capitalizing on aerial turnovers. The Eagles carry an interception total of six through their initial four outings, presenting a direct challenge to a prolific passing scheme.

Linebacker Anthony Palano anchors the visiting defense following a standout performance against Rutgers that yielded nine stops, a pair of tackles for loss, one sack, and two picks, earning him multiple weekly accolades. Safety KP Price contributed a pair of interceptions against Maine, while sophomore Marcus Upton brings dependable tackling after logging double-digit stops against Rutgers.

Veteran cornerback Max Tucker rounds out the secondary coverage tasked with containing an attack that averages nearly 400 yards through the air.
