Bills news: Previewing the Rams on Monday Night Football
Buffalo returns cornerback Christian Benford to a secondary that has struggled early, and the Bills (3-1) must quickly rebound from their first loss when they host the Los Angeles Rams (2-2) on Monday Night Football. The Rams arrive with a potent aerial attack led by Davante Adams, who has 22 catches for 390 yards and two touchdowns, and Puka Nacua, who posted 14 receptions for 199 yards and a nine‑catch, 125‑yard game against Philadelphia.
Quarterback Matthew Stafford will test Josh Allen’s offense, which aims to avoid long‑yard third‑down situations, while defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard hopes the pass rush from Greg Rousseau and Bradley Chubb can pressure the Rams. Offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael Jr.
plans to keep running back James Cook involved, and the Bills may rely more on wideout Keon Coleman with Joshua Palmer out and DJ Moore listed as questionable.
