Ben Sawyer leaves job as New Zealand women's head coach after review

Ben Sawyer has stepped down from his position as head coach of the New Zealand national women's cricket team. His departure comes after an assessment into the setup of the high-performance system for the women's program.

Although Sawyer's existing agreement had been scheduled to run through December 2026, officials chose not to continue the partnership in the wake of the strategic evaluation.
