Beloved first responder's legacy lives on through those he helped

The Pro Football Hall of Fame and USA TODAY recently recognized late emergency medical services director Bil Rosen posthumously with their shared Award of Character. Retired NFL star Darrel Green traveled to Neptune City to deliver the tribute to the family and colleagues of the fallen first responder, joined by Connie Payton.

Rosen earned the honor through decades of leadership, training, and life-saving service across New Jersey before passing away in the line of duty last August.
