The Chicago Bears have re-signed veteran wide receiver Scotty Miller to their practice squad, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Miller, who previously participated in the team’s offseason program and training camp, was added back to the roster following the initial cuts.
He had been released from the practice squad on September 24, marking a brief but notable return for the experienced receiver. Over his career, Miller has accumulated 99 receptions for 1,216 yards and six touchdowns, spanning stints with Tampa Bay, Atlanta, and Pittsburgh across 93 games played.
His familiarity with the Bears’ system and proven durability could make him a valuable asset in the team’s depth chart moving forward.
