Bangladesh committee names Asif Nazrul as sole decision-maker of pulling out of T20 World Cup

A three-person investigative panel has identified Asif Nazrul as the single individual responsible for determining that Bangladesh would withdraw from the T20 World Cup.

In its findings, the panel determined that the Bangladesh Cricket Board was deficient in autonomous visionary guidance during that period. Additionally, the review noted that the governing body was missing both crisis diplomacy skills and the capacity for forward-looking strategy.
