Ashton Daniels Named ACC Quarterback of the Week

Florida State quarterback Ashton Daniels earned his second ACC weekly honor of the season following a standout performance in a 43-35 double-overtime defeat against Miami. Daniels accounted for five total touchdowns, matching a personal best with four passing scores while adding his 11th rushing touchdown of the year.

His production included 298 passing yards and 31 yards on the ground, highlighted by a 75-yard scoring strike to Duce Robinson that forced the extra periods. Daniels currently ranks third in the country with 23 total touchdowns and remains the only player to reach double digits in both passing and rushing scores.

The Seminoles are scheduled to return to the field on October 31 to host Clemson.
