Anshul Kamboj gets India cap from Virat Kohli on ODI debut

Fast bowler Anshul Kamboj made his international fifty-over debut for the national team during the third fixture of the series against West Indies. Before taking the field, the newcomer received his official cap from senior teammate Virat Kohli.

The inclusion followed a hurried departure from Puducherry, where the pacer had been participating in a multi-day match for the second-tier representative side against Australia A. His promotion to the top-tier roster came after teammate Prasidh Krishna suffered a hamstring strain in the preceding encounter.
