Angel Reese and the Dream are rolling. Can the Mystics stop them?

The Atlanta Dream enter the 2026 WNBA postseason as the fourth seed after claiming thirty victories during the regular season, bolstered by a strong defense and a prolific scoring attack led by Allisha Gray, Angel Reese, Rhyne Howard, and Jordin Canada. They will open their playoff schedule against the fifth-seeded Washington Mystics, a young roster featuring twenty-eight wins that is paced offensively by Shakira Austin, Sonia Citron, and Kiki Iriafen.

The opening match of the series is scheduled for Sunday evening on Prime Video, with subsequent games broadcast on ESPN.
