Aaron Donald ruled out, Puka Nacua set to play vs. Eagles

The Los Angeles Rams will miss defensive star Aaron Donald due to a back injury for their upcoming matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, as confirmed by head coach Sean McVay during his Friday press availability. Donald sat out every practice session during the week, prompting the coaching staff to hold him out rather than risk further aggravation.

Meanwhile, wide receiver Puka Nacua is cleared to return to action without carrying an injury designation, having recovered from a hip issue that sidelined him for a pair of contests. Nacua displayed impressive form in Thursday's workout, though the team might keep a close watch on his total snaps.

Additional injury designations from the report show Jaylen Watson and Terrance Ferguson sidelined with shoulder and ankle concerns, while Colby Parkinson and Grant Stuard are listed as questionable. Finally, Alex Bachman steps into the role of punt returner following the departure of Xavier Smith.
