A'ja Wilson Erases Matchup Trouble Talk in Historic Fever vs Aces Performance

Las Vegas superstar A'ja Wilson dismantled any notions of a difficult playoff hurdle on Sunday, posting a historic 38 points and 16 rebounds to propel her squad past Indiana in Game 1. Despite entering the series with the lowest shooting rate against the Fever during the regular season, the reigning WNBA MVP dominated the floor by sinking 15 of 19 field goal attempts, adding four blocks, and establishing a new postseason career best in points and boards.

Her extraordinary efficiency made her the first player in league history to notch at least 35 points alongside 15 rebounds on 70 percent or higher accuracy in any matchup. This massive performance powered the Aces to a decisive 102-85 blowout triumph, securing a 1-0 advantage in the opening playoff round over Aliyah Boston and her Indiana teammates.
