76ers get 29-point comeback win over Cavaliers in LeBron James' first game in Philadelphia

LeBron James and the Philadelphia 76ers achieved a historic 114-106 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in their home opener, overcoming a 29-point deficit. This rally, the largest of James's career and the franchise's biggest comeback since the 1997-98 season, was fueled by a second-half surge where Philadelphia outscored Cleveland 69-37.

Earlier in the week, the 41-year-old James began his 24th NBA season with a 106-100 win against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. In that game, he recorded 14 points and seven assists, marking his first time winning a season opener with a new team.
