“Wasn't An Expectation Internally”: Cheryl Reeve, Olivia Miles React To Lynx’s Playoff Elimination After Loss vs Liberty

Following a historic early exit in the postseason, Minnesota head coach Cheryl Reeve brushed off concerns regarding her squad's surprising elimination at the hands of New York. The top-seeded Minnesota roster finished the regular season with a 33-11 mark before dropping consecutive games to the eighth-seeded New York group, marking a first-of-its-kind playoff upset in league history.

During the opening contest at Target Center, Breanna Stewart paced the victors with thirty-four points and twelve rebounds alongside teammates Leonie Fiebich and Sabrina Ionescu, while rookie Olivia Miles and contributors Napheesa Collier and Kayla McBride struggled to ignite the Minnesota attack in the ninety-one to seventy-five defeat.
