'Scotland was always the one for me' - Binks' pride at first call-up

Defender Luis Binks expressed immense pride after receiving his maiden senior call-up to the Scotland national team under fresh leadership. The Brondby captain is among six fresh faces selected for upcoming Nations League fixtures against Slovenia, North Macedonia and Switzerland.

Binks, who previously represented both Scotland and England at the youth level, stated that he required no persuasion from the new manager to commit his international future. A significant roster shift has occurred under the new coaching staff, with twelve players from the previous World Cup squad absent, alongside injuries to Scott McTominay, Lawrence Shankland and Che Adams.
