Prisco's Week 2 NFL picks: Bills beat Lions in shootout; Chargers, Patriots, Cowboys bounce back

Pete Prisco entered Week 2 after compiling a 12-4 straight-up tally and a 9-7 mark against the spread during the opening week of the NFL season. Expecting bounce-back efforts from squads that struggled initially, he projected the Los Angeles Chargers to rebound from a home defeat against the Cardinals by taking down and covering against the Raiders.

Prisco also forecasted victories for the Patriots and Cowboys, while predicting the Jaguars will hand the Broncos another setback.

Among individual matchups, Prisco highlighted a high-scoring Thursday clash where Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills edge Jared Goff's Detroit Lions by a 36-30 final score. For Sunday's slate, he forecasted Bijan Robinson leading the Atlanta Falcons to a 21-17 victory over the Carolina Panthers, while the Chicago Bears are tipped to defeat Carson Wentz, Brian Flores, and the Minnesota Vikings 30-24.
