'Need to do a better job of coaching': Bill Belichick checks out during Notre Dame loss

North Carolina fell to third-ranked Notre Dame by a score of 37-26 on Saturday afternoon. Despite remaining competitive throughout the contest, head coach Bill Belichick admitted that his squad must improve its coaching and execution following the defeat.

The Tar Heels narrowed the deficit to a single point early in the third quarter when Jaden Jefferson returned a kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown. However, Notre Dame responded decisively behind a dominant rushing performance and quarterback CJ Carr, who accumulated 234 passing yards, four passing touchdowns, and one rushing score.
