Franco Colapinto issued an apology following a costly collision at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. The Alpine competitor admitted fault for a severe error on a lap 36 restart when locked front tyres caused him to slide into team-mate Pierre Gasly and McLaren racer Lando Norris at the opening corner in Baku.
