Vikings QB Kyler Murray clears concussion protocol, will start in Week 3 vs. Buccaneers

Kyler Murray has successfully worked through the league medical protocols following a head injury sustained during an opening week victory against Green Bay. The signal-caller missed a subsequent divisional matchup with Chicago while teammate Carson Wentz handled snaps under center.
