UFC Vegas 122 weigh-in results: 3 fighters miss weight, including massive 7.5-pound miss

The UFC Vegas 122 weigh-ins on Friday evening delivered a series of setbacks, as three fighters failed to make weight for their scheduled bouts. The most notable miss came from Ismael Bonfim, who exceeded his limit by a substantial 7.5 pounds, forcing his preliminary fight to proceed at catchweight.

Despite the weight violations, the main event between middleweight contenders Brendan Allen and Christian Leroy Duncan remains unaffected, with both fighters expected to face off in the headlining bout of the night. The event, set to take place at Meta Apex in Las Vegas, marks Allen’s return to action as he seeks to defend his title prospects against Duncan, who has been building momentum in recent performances.

UFC Vegas 122 will air live on Paramount+ this Saturday, offering fans a chance to witness how these weight misses impact the card’s proceedings.
