UFC Vegas 122 predictions

UFC Vegas 122 promises a clash of underrated talents in the middleweight division, with Brendan Allen (6 in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings) defending his spot against rising challenger Christian Leroy Duncan (11). Allen, known for his relentless aggression and high-volume striking, has dominated 10 of his last 12 bouts, but Duncan—who has quietly built a five-fight winning streak—could finally get the chance to prove he belongs among the division’s elite.

Their main event at Meta Apex in Las Vegas on October 10 could be a turning point for Duncan, who has often been overshadowed despite his strong counter-striking and recent victory over former title challenger Jared Cannonier. Meanwhile, the main card features a stacked lineup, including a fan-favorite lightweight showdown between Matheus Camilo and Jai Herbert, a strawweight battle between top-10 contenders Loopy Godinez and Ketlen Souza, and a featherweight matchup between veterans Andre Fili and Kai Kamaka III.

The event kicks off with a seven-fight preliminary card at 5 p.m. ET, followed by the main card at 8 p.m.

ET, all streaming live on Paramount+.
