Texas Longhorns offer 2028 four-star safety recruit Savion James

The Texas Longhorns continue expanding their defensive secondary board for the class of 2028 by extending a scholarship invitation to Savion James, a standout defensive back attending Summer Creek High School located in Houston. James confirmed his receipt of the opportunity following a discussion with a member of the coaching staff.

The highly regarded prospect currently holds more than twenty total opportunities from competing collegiate programs spanning multiple conferences, including regional rivals and national contenders. University staff members now aim to host the local talent for an on-campus trip before the current campaign concludes.
