Steelers mailbag callout: Submit your Week 5 questions

The Pittsburgh Steelers enter Week 5 with a critical matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, both teams sitting at 2-2 and aiming to stay above the .500 mark. On the field, defensive back Jalen Ramsey has spoken out about a perceived disconnect between players and coaches, raising questions about team unity ahead of the game.

Meanwhile, the Steelers' offensive lineup faces challenges, with wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. sidelined for multiple weeks due to a foot injury, though he was recently spotted using a scooter, suggesting a slow but cautious recovery.

Tight end Pat Freiermuth has also weighed in on defensive coordinator Mike McCarthy’s recent comments about ‘cleaning house,’ adding his perspective to the ongoing discussions about roster changes and team direction. The Steelers’ coaching staff may now explore activating running back DeShon Elliott sooner, as they navigate injuries and personnel decisions ahead of this pivotal Sunday showdown.
