Pittsburgh defensive lineman Derrick Harmon sustained a foot ailment during a Thursday evening defeat against Cleveland and faces an absence spanning multiple weeks. According to insider reporting, medical personnel are weighing whether to place the defender on injured reserve, a move that would sideline him for a minimum of four contests.
