Simulated World Series 2026: Peerless pitching propels Rays in Game 5

In a simulated matchup between the Tampa Bay Rays and Milwaukee Brewers, Drew Rasmussen delivered a masterful performance, tossing a complete-game shutout to secure a 3-0 victory. The contest remained a scoreless deadlock for seven innings as Rasmussen and Jacob Misiorowski traded zeros on the mound.

Tampa Bay finally broke the stalemate in the eighth frame against Aaron Ashby, utilizing a pinch-hit RBI single from Ryan Vilade and a two-run double by Junior Caminero to pull ahead. Rasmussen then closed out the ninth inning to finalize his three-hit gem.

This result brings the simulated series to a 2-2 tie, with both clubs having split victories on each other's home turf.
