Saints elevate LBs Fadil Diggs, Jackson Sirmon for Monday night
The New Orleans Saints have activated linebackers Fadil Diggs and Jackson Sirmon from the practice squad for Monday night’s matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, addressing a depleted roster at the position. The move comes after injuries sidelined Kaden Elliss, Carl Granderson, and Anfernee Jennings, while Pete Werner remains questionable with a shoulder issue.
Diggs, a 2025 seventh-round draft pick, appeared in five games during his rookie campaign, while Sirmon, who played one game for the Jets last season, joined the Saints in the offseason. Both will return to the practice squad following the game, ensuring the Saints’ depth chart remains flexible beyond this single appearance.
