Rohit's 5th ton, 2 Super Overs: A look back at last T20I in Bengaluru ahead of WI decider

West Indies leveled their five-match series against India at 2-2 following a 24-run victory in Hyderabad. Despite a rapid 56 from Sanju Samson and a late 70-run partnership between Nitish Kumar Reddy and Tilak Varma, the hosts were dismissed for 223 while chasing a target of 248.

Shai Hope led the visitors with a century, while Keemo Paul proved decisive with the ball. The series concludes this Saturday in Bengaluru.

This upcoming match follows a memorable January 2024 encounter at the same venue, where Rohit Sharma recorded his fifth T20I century. That previous contest against Afghanistan featured a dramatic recovery from 22/4 and concluded only after two intense Super Overs.
