Rashid Khan makes T20I history with 200-wicket feat

Rashid Khan achieved a historic milestone at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, becoming the first bowler to secure 200 wickets in men's T20 Internationals. He reached this record by removing Tadiwanashe Marumani during Afghanistan's second match against Zimbabwe.

The hosts posted a total of 221/7 after a difficult start that saw them lose five wickets for 38 runs. Azmatullah Omarzai anchored the recovery with a 116-run performance off 50 balls, supported by a 52-run contribution from Ijaz Ahmad Ahmadzai.

The pair combined for a 142-run partnership, while Rashid Khan added a quick 25 not out from six deliveries to finish the innings.
