Raiders rookie Fernando Mendoza gets initiated into Kirk Cousins’ In-N-Out ritual

Las Vegas quarterback Kirk Cousins continued his tradition of celebrating team wins with burgers from In-N-Out following Sunday's victory over New Orleans. The veteran signal-caller brought rookie Fernando Mendoza alongside fellow teammates Dylan Laube and Caleb Rodgers to share the late-night meal.

Photos of the group outing surfaced online via social media posts after the franchise moved to a three-and-zero record. Cousins has openly expressed his strong affinity for the regional fast-food chain during his strong start to the season.

Despite Mendoza being selected with the top overall pick to eventually succeed Cousins as the starter, the two quarterbacks have built a positive bond off the gridiron. Mendoza continues to observe from the sidelines while Cousins maintains control of the offense following the club's undefeated opening stretch.

Fans have welcomed the sight of the veteran embracing his understudy during their early-season success on the field.
