Preview: Dallas Stars vs Boston Bruins — Oct 21

The NHL’s early-season rivalry resumes as the Dallas Stars welcome the Boston Bruins to the ice on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, with the puck dropping at midnight UTC. The Stars, currently leading the league with a commanding 50-20-12 record, arrive as one of the division’s most consistent teams, while the Bruins—though slightly behind at 45-27-10—remain a formidable opponent with a strong defensive core and offensive firepower to match.

Both teams enter this matchup with high expectations, though the Stars’ slight edge in the standings suggests they’ll look to maintain their momentum. The Bruins, meanwhile, will be eager to close the gap as they push deeper into the season.
