Prasidh ruled out of 3rd ODI as flat pitches, humid weather claim first victim

Fast bowler Prasidh Krishna has suffered a hamstring injury and will miss the final one-day international against the West Indies. The fast bowler was forced to leave the pitch prematurely after delivering just three overs during the second match of the series in Guwahati.

Stifling humidity and sluggish tracks have taken a heavy physical toll on visiting pace bowlers, with India fielding first in both encounters. Team management has not yet named a substitute to take his place in the squad.
