Paul Finebaum rips Lane Kiffin (again) while praising Florida’s Jon Sumrall

During a recent broadcast of SEC Nation, ESPN analyst Paul Finebaum offered high praise for Florida head coach Jon Sumrall while simultaneously taking another verbal jab at LSU leader Lane Kiffin. Finebaum remarked directly to Gators supporters that they should feel fortunate to have Sumrall leading their program rather than Kiffin.

Under Sumrall, the Gators have opened the season with three straight victories and climbed to the 21st spot in the national rankings. However, their momentum faces a major challenge as the team prepares to host the fourth-ranked Ole Miss Rebels in an upcoming matchup televised on ABC.
