Green Bay defensive lineman Warren Brinson is facing a prolonged recovery period due to a groin problem. Head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed the setback, noting that the defender slipped during activity, resulting in a non-contact injury that will keep him sidelined for an extended stretch.
This latest medical issue compounds a frustrating start to the campaign for Brinson, who had already been unavailable for the opening three contests of the schedule because of a calf ailment.
During his debut campaign last season after arriving as a late-round draft selection, the rookie participated in eleven games. Across those appearances, he accumulated thirteen tackles alongside half of a sack.
