Once cigar smoke clears, Tennessee football faces a season where sky is the limit

Following a 26-10 victory over Alabama on October 17, fourteenth-ranked Tennessee secured its sixth win of the season against one loss while handing the seventh-ranked Crimson Tide their second defeat. Head coach Josh Heupel soaked in the postgame atmosphere as supporters rushed the turf and players ignited victory cigars.

Contributors like DeSean Bishop, Jeremiah Telander, George MacIntyre, and Amare Campbell reflected on the significance of the triumph, which marks a strong stretch for the program in this historic series. With the celebration concluded, the squad now looks toward the remainder of the schedule as legitimate contenders for the College Football Playoff.
