Mountain West Football Rankings: Week 4. Wyoming & Nevada rise, while Hawaii and UTEP fall.

College football action continues with the latest Mountain West power rankings update. New Mexico secured a rivalry victory against New Mexico State, relying on a unified quarterback approach and a defense that has yet to yield twenty points in any contest this season.

Air Force survived a double overtime thriller thanks to an explosive offense, though defensive penalties and big plays remain a concern. Meanwhile, UNLV exploded for thirty-eight points and nearly five hundred yards after their bye, featuring three touchdown passes from Jackson Arnold and a stellar ground performance by Jai'Den Thomas alongside three interceptions by the defense.

Wyoming climbed one spot following a disciplined ground-and-pound victory, while Hawaii dropped after producing only ten points.
