Four-star offensive lineman Jatori Williams, a 2027 recruit from Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama, has withdrawn his commitment to the Miami Hurricanes, opening his recruitment once again. Williams, who initially pledged to Alabama before switching to Miami in late 2025, cited a desire to evaluate all available options before making a final decision.
The 6-foot-3, 335-pound prospect—ranked 114th nationally and third among Alabama recruits—has already received official and unofficial visits from Auburn, Kentucky, and Georgia, with upcoming trips to Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, and Florida State planned. His decision comes as Miami, currently on a three-game winning streak under head coach Mario Cristobal, prepares to face Florida State this weekend in a key rivalry matchup.
Williams’ departure leaves the Hurricanes’ 2027 class at 20 commits, though the program remains hopeful of flipping another Texas A&M pledge, four-star linebacker Aston Whiteside, amid the Aggies’ struggles this season.
