Keenan Allen scores first TD in Colts uniform, giving Indy 10-0 lead

Wide receiver Keenan Allen secured his initial touchdown for Indianapolis by hauling in a six-yard throw from Daniel Jones during the opening quarter against Houston, establishing a ten-point advantage. This milestone catch marked the 1,063rd reception of his professional career, moving him past Andre Johnson into twelfth place all-time.

The lengthy twelve-play possession followed an earlier field goal by punter Rigoberto Sanchez, who stepped in for injured kicker Spencer Shrader. Meanwhile, both squads faced early health concerns as defensive end Laiatu Latu and linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair sustained injuries.
