Kamario Taylor injury update: Mississippi State QB questionable vs LSU

Mississippi State quarterback Kamario Taylor is listed as questionable for Saturday's matchup against the 21st-ranked LSU Tigers, as the Bulldogs seek their second victory over a top-25 opponent this season. Taylor, who has led the SEC with 290.0 passing yards per game and is tied for the third-most touchdown passes in the nation with 17, is managing an undisclosed lower-leg injury that first appeared during the fourth quarter of the team's 56-23 loss to Alabama in Week 5.

Head coach Jeff Lebby indicated that the medical staff is focused on preparing Taylor to play, while backups Billy Puckett and AJ Swann remain ready to step in if necessary. The contest is scheduled for a noon ET kickoff at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge on October 17.
