Jets Announce Opening Night Roster Following Waiver Pickup

The Winnipeg Jets finalized their twenty-three player squad for the upcoming campaign on Monday following a late waiver acquisition. Winnipeg secured goaltender Clay Stevenson from Washington, prompting roster adjustments that included sending Domenic DiVincentiis and Brayden Yager to the Manitoba Moose.

Stevenson joins a goaltending tandem featuring opening-night starter Stuart Skinner. Meanwhile, Elias Salomonsson, Garrett Brown, and Walker Duehr were placed on the injured non-roster list to begin the season.

The final lineup features thirteen forwards, eight blueliners, and two netminders, with eighteen-year-old high draft pick Viggo Björck and minor league veteran Tyrel Bauer among those making the cut.
