The eighteenth-ranked Iowa Hawkeyes secured a commanding 55-0 victory over Northern Iowa on Saturday at Kinnick Stadium. Even without leading runner Kamari Moulton, the offense capitalized immediately by scoring touchdowns on each of their opening six drives.

The ground attack shined as three separate athletes surpassed the century mark in rushing yards. Xavier Williams led the way with 151 yards and three scores on six carries, Braeden Jackson recorded 125 rushing yards with a touchdown plus a 24-yard receiving score on his twentieth birthday, and Nathan McNeill added 111 yards and two touchdowns.
