Iowa football rises in US LBM Coaches poll rankings after Michigan win

Following a thrilling last-second triumph against the Michigan Wolverines, the Iowa Hawkeyes have moved up three positions to fourteenth place in the newest US LBM Coaches Poll. Hank Brown engineered the comeback in the final period by throwing a pair of scoring passes, while Reece Vander Zee hauled in the game-winning catch as regulation expired.

Deshaun Lee contributed a vital interception and Braeden Jackson returned a kickoff ninety-nine yards for a touchdown to secure the victory.

Looking ahead to their next contest, the Hawkeyes prepare for a matchup against the Ohio State Buckeyes, who currently hold the sixth spot in the national rankings. The impending clash between the two ranked programs has drawn considerable attention, resulting in an announcement that a major pregame television broadcast will be on site in anticipation of the upcoming battle.
